Passage: Luke 2:1-5, Psalms
We have been emphasizing the humble king in our Manger Throne series, but we have asked you to remember that our God is a mighty king who is the Creator of the world and enthroned on the heavenly throne; ruling with justice and love. His power is unmatched. He is the majestic king whose power is pure and righteous. In Psalm 8, the worship leader invites God's people to sing of the majesty and glory of our God, and at the same time, realize that this powerful God was willing to humble himself and put on flesh so that he could pursue us in his love. He is worthy of all praise, honour, and glory. How are you reminding yourself of God's power and continuing to learn to trust him?
